About the Role

We're looking for a creative, collaborative, and dynamic content marketer with outstanding writing skills to create relevant, useful, and engaging content for our key audiences. Our ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart and has the ability to see multiple angles, formats, and ways to tell a story so that it gets the eyeballs it deserves. This person will work on a variety of projects from thought leadership and editorial to landing pages, social, and everything in between. They will report to our Head of Marketing, Lashaun.

What you'll be doing:

  • Write a variety of original content for landing pages, websites, emails, webinars, ads, social, etc.
  • Build brand trust and reach through thought leadership and actionable, advice-driven content.
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, sales, and other internal teams to gain a deep understanding of our platform and our customers priorities and perspectives.
  • Experiment with formats and channels to meet our users where they are and attract their attention.
  • Proactively identify content gaps and liaise with key stakeholders to fill those gaps.
  • Help define our voice, tone, and writing style.
  • Report data and content performance.
  • Meet fast-paced deadlines and evolving priorities.

About You

Our ideal candidate looks something like this:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, and/or journalism at a tech company; product-led SaaS experience a big plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and create compelling stories across formats and channels, whether video, digital, long-form, infographics, slides, blogs.
  • Ability to interview customers, executives, and SMEs to pull out a unique angle.
  • Experience repurposing content for different uses, formats, audiences, and platforms.
  • Track record of generating leads and pipeline via strategic content marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • You are a stickler for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • You deal well with ambiguity. In fact, it's even exciting to you.
  • You love owning and driving projects.
  • You’ve worked at a SaaS company before and have proven you can quickly learn and understand new industries and technologies.
