About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to test, define, and scale our marketing efforts. This hire thrives on testing channels and messaging to fill the top of the funnel with high quality leads. As an early (3rd) marketing hire, you’ll wear many hats and be a part of a foundational marketing team. You will report to our Head of Marketing, Cassie.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll define our organic and paid channel strategies to optimize conversion.
  • You’ll manage our user experience across our channels, site, and email.
  • You'll proactively engage with the Sales community and host events.
  • You'll love understanding how customers use our product and how what we are building will improve their lives.

About You

Our ideal candidate looks something like this:

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing specifically digital and organic.
  • You have worked at an early stage startup.
  • You love owning and driving projects.
  • You deal well with ambiguity. In fact, it's even exciting to you.
  • You are a numbers person that’s not afraid of writing/testing some copy.
  • You like to collaborate with sales to optimize lead quality.
  • You are passionate about the Product-Led Growth space.
